I was wondering this, can an Image design profession change my body type? I made my guy a little too small, I mean like thin. I was wondering if they could fix that?

An image designer can change your weight if they have trained high enough in that area. Do a search for image designers in your area and they shoulld be able to tell you if they are trained to perform that change for you.

A master IDer can do everything you can in character creation, well almost they are a few bugs but I think any body ones.
