Thread: Is it a new bug?
I'm not sure, if they fixed the bug by now that let our customers apear to be wearing their armor, especially helmets, even if they have removed em before opening the interface.

I've yet to do any extensive testing on this, but from casual observation, it appears that the issue involves, and revolves, around what the client was wearing (had equipped) when they initially logged in for that session.
The casual observation I mentioned was in IDing myself. I'd log in with one set of cloths, sometime later change, later still decide I wanted a new hairstyle, and when the interface came up it would be showing the clothes I logged with.
If others want to help comfirm or deny this is the case, especially with armor/helms by asking clients who this happens with what they were wearing at initial log in, see if they will unequip, log out and log back in, we can maybe determine if there is indeed a pattern, or if it's just coincidence.
Just a thought.

Yes, it has been since publish 8.1 and we all hope the devs will find the time to get our interface to update to such changes.

I've noticed the failure to update a change in clothes, but I don't think it has to do with logging. I put on my heavy shoulder pad today between two back-to-back sessions and it still didn't show in the second session, when I'd logged in wearing it.
I would guess it has more to do with some sort of server update, possibly similar to that annoying "You cannot (blah) while Running" message I have to argue with on a regular basis. ![]()
