I'm cancelling my account. Too many unresolvedissues with ingame CSR's = bad juju.

Good luck with getting things through to the Devs!

But then, you don't need luck, I'm sure. You have Kwee!

Sorry to hear you're having problems with CSR's. I've actually never had a problem with any that I've dealt with live either by chat or ingame. Have you tried calling customer service on the phone & asked to talk with a CSR supervisor? They are usually more knowledgeable & are more willing to go the extra mile.

While I'm sorry to see you go, I totally understand. I too have had nothing but bad experiences with CSRs both in and out of game. That's why I have a combat toon now—I solve my own problems.
