Can image designers change horns, face tattoos or skin color?

For Zabraks, yes. They can do ALL of these things at master image designer.

For a wide variety of hair and horn styles, they need to increase their hairstyling. I think they can change the horn color at Hairstyling 1, but I'm not sure.

To change Zabrak facial tattoos, and colors, I think it was only Markings 2 or 3.

But changing skin tone is the last things an Image Designer learns.
