Thread: Not enough mind power.
I've migrated my health to expand my mind a little. So my mind is 1000 now.
You cna get by having 800 in your mind stat. As a human who likes to hunt as well as design i have my health and action bars set to 900 and my mind at 800. For some of the master level changes I need to make sure my bar is full before attempting, but I can still make all the changes.
-Soon
Spice lasts from 5-10 minutes, so it seems it would be ideal for this purpose.
I don't know if this will work, but maybe some of you advanced IDs can try it and lets us know.
Oh yeah, and don't forget the bucket for when you come down off your spice high.
My mind is 1000, when I change the pattern on leku it takes about half my mind pool, but I can't attempt it unless I'm over 75% full.
So I would say it takes about 500 to do it, but you need a "buffer" to attempt it for some reason. I've noticed that with a lot of the changes, you need about an extra 50% of what it actually costs your pool to attempt the change.
Remember though, that you don't HAVE to migrate your stats for a permanent mind increase unless you know you're going to want to do that a lot. You can use spices to augment your abilities and stats... go make friends witha chef. ![]()
There's more than just spices to boost your mind up that are much easier to come by - foods and drinks. Now I've not recorded how effective all foods/drinks are, but I've lately been making Ruby Bliel and drinking a few glasses. It increaes my Mind up by +43 per glass for 6 minutes, 30 seconds (effects will vary depending on the quality of materials and the Artisan/Designer). Drinking 3 glasses (I have to wait a few mins usually to drink the fourth one) increases my mind by 129 points. Combine this with a few bits of food and that's a pretty high stat boost.
Now I can't change Lekku patterns yet, so I don't know if it's worthwhile to run repeatedly for experience or not, but if you just need to change the patterns occasionally this trick would work without migrating your stats too much.
Food and drink will buff your mind better than the spice, in that you don't puke and lose double the stats when the spice wears off.
Spice = drugs.
Drugs = bad.
