If you are talking about an NPC trainer, then yes.... Go to Coronet City or Tyrena and look for the theater. The Image Design trainer is located with the Entertainer/Music and Dance trainers in the back of the theater.

If you're looking for another player to train you, what server are you on?

The cantina is also a good place to locate players with the low level boxes ofimage designing. Many of the entertainers pickup the image designing branch of entertainer.
