+500 Focus for 500 seconds, this Novice Smuggler spice is the thing to get for grinding out Image Design experience. Sit down in a building or a camp site (for faster regen) with someone for an hour or two. For an added bonus, buy a bunch of Caf; it takes about ten minutes or so for a full load of Caf to wear off, and by that time, the gabaki will have gone as well and you'll be ready for another load.

I've been doing this on TC and it works great. The unsightly downer (where you /emote pukes. over and over for a few minutes) after the spice wears off is a little embarassing, but I manage about 9-10k experience per gabaki+Caf load. And I'm a zabrak with a stunning 350 Focus; this combo gets me up to 1250 or so. For a full-time image designer with a respectable Focus, this would be incredible (changes that normally take 100 Mind drop down to about 28, for instance).

ok, kinda newb question. I have only played a ID, so what is this caf? how much does this stuff usually run? is it somewhat available?

Caf is a drink, in the Domestic Arts line; Domestic Arts II, to be exact, so anyone going up to Chef, Tailor, or Master Artisan will have it.

It adds a bit to your Focus; Focus is the "cost" stat for Mind (which means that anything that takes from your Mind pool, the cost will be higher or lower depending on your Focus stat).

Food/drink and spices stack, so that means you can get a full load of 5 Caf and a dose of gabaki and just go nuts. It's a good combo; if I bothered to do some stat migration, it'd be even more frightening, I imagine.

oh I just got a shipment of 20 grey gabaki's and man I love them. was kinda funny though. The person I was training with and myself had a huge throw up fit in the cantina, hopefully the smell and mess wasn't too bad.
