Image Designer Archive

Hello, i'm currently doing imagedesigner and i was doing doing tandum imagedesigns with a friend ( i would max out on exp, then he would..etc ) anyway earlier today we both logged on to finish it up. And every time we would try to run a macro, or just try to change eachothers image in any way it would say "SoandSO already has an outstanding imagedesign offer" and it would not work for the life of me. So after he logged off being frustrated i tryed to do it to my self. I got the same message.. I can't change my own image or his image at all. I've tryed logging, going to a different planet, just about everything..nothing. Is there a way to get around this? or am i doomed??
