Thread: Returning to the profession

Just looking for a few answers.
I was a Master ID long long ago & kept it for quite a bit, then decided to pursue other things, so I kept the marking & hairstyle lines for a bit & finally ended up just keeping the hairstyle line. With the first hints of ID changes coming along I decided to master it once again & finally did tonight. Meh, sorry for the lengthy background - anyhoo...
I'm a tad confused, what are these holo emotes for? Forgive me, they look a tad like something you would find in The Sims, not Star Wars. I'd just like if someone can explain them? Ive read over the front page of posts & cannot find their purpose.
I thought there were going to be barrettes & glitter? It would have been nice for a few more hair styles, its tiring seeing the same 4 hairstyles on everyone. However Im thrilled that a profession I used to love so much is finally getting some attention & Im looking forward to working in the profession once again.
I'm SO happy about the stat migration function (what a neat purpose for an ID now) & the timer - mastering a profession in under an hour is just insane.
My concernare these tents. 
On my server, Valcyn, I play in Mos Eisley - the ID tent is in Bestine. Thats where all the 1337 kiddies hang out & pwn each other on Valcyn & the entertainers that aren't afk are /emote licking one another. Just not my style ... I'm not too keen on spending time in that city. Why aren't these going in all 'big' cities? Has that been addressed? I read a bit about a petition to make them placable in player cities, that would be lovely or the droid idea.
