Thread: Question about the new ID stuff from a non-ID

I was just wondering...how much of this new ID stuff will be available in when you create a new character? Will the new, largercolor palettes for hair and skin be available in Create-a-Character mode? (I hope)

I'm almost positive the expanded palettes are available only to Image Designers.. but I could be wrong.

yeah, im guessing that when u start a new char, only the basic changes will be availible still
