It could be a bug or just not working correctly but the Stat migration button is still there. I was able to migrate stats without the help of an ID.

I logged into TC a while ago to attempt a stat migration the old-fashioned way. And you are right, the button is still there, and you can change and save the slider settings. However, I left my character logged into TC for about and hour, and no changes to my stats occured (I know it's a slow process, but over the course of an hour I should have migrated at least 1 point from one pool to another). You may want to check this for yourself...

Maybe it was that I logged out and came back after an hour or so. That could be it.

As stated in the "in testing.. feedback"-thread stat migration still works. I got 73points migrated during the night with my non-ID char tho I have a bad feeling about this reading the Dev comments.
