I figured that I'd post my basic human price list here to give aspiring Image Designers a look at what I consider a fair price for our services. For the most part these prices are determined by a combination of their popularity, difficulty to attian, how noticable a change is and how much mind it takes.

Hairstyle: 2K for a session. Hairstyling is the most popular request I get, apart from "can you give me green/pink/blue hair". At 2000 credits it gives us a steady source of income but is still cheap enough that noobs can afford a style change after only doing a few delivery missions.

Hair Color, adding Facial Hair, coloring Facial hair: 1K for a session. Agian, this is cheap enough for the noobs, but not a drastric enough change to warrent a higher price. I will usually offer a style and color change session for a combined total of 2500 credits. You can get a beard and a color for 1.5K If we ever get funky colors, those will be priced at around 5000 credits both because of the drasticness of the change and to try and combat seeing every avatar on the server running about with purple hair.

Eye Color, Lip Color, Eyeshadow added or colored: Not many people request this but, facial hair aside, compared to the rest of the facial changes these changes are pretty evident. So I charge 500 credits. Or 750 for both adding and coloring eyeshadow.

All other facial changes: Lip fullness, mouth size, ears, eye size, eye slant, chin, jaw, cheeks, eyebrows, eyebrow colors... there's a bunch I think i missed a few. These are all 250 credits a pop. The reason is, these changes aren't really evident to anyone but the avatar's player, and while some of the upper level and master level facialchanges totaly eat our mind bar, charging anything more is something of a rip off.

Muscle Mass: On everyone except wookies I charge 1K for a change in muscle mass. Wookies need to cough up 5K due the extreme nature of the change, which is on par with the height and weight changes.

Skin Color, Height and Weight: 5K A bit pricey, but with the extreme nature of these changes and the ehalthy chunk they take from our mind, well worth the price in my eyes.

Age and Torso(boob job): These two changes are Mind intesive and pure fluff for the most part. 10K is the going rate on these changes. The only change I charge so much for is changing the head size on a Mon Calamari, which requires that my Mind bar be at the full 800 points before letting me attempt it.

For the most part these prices are valid cross species. Trandoshians only need to give 1K for ridge patterns since there are so few and the look so similar (poor trannies have the least amount of customization of all the races). Zabrak tattoos cost 1K for a style change and 1K for a color change or 1500 for both. As a whole anyone who wants just a few changes can gain the credits needed in about half an hour doing delievery missions depending on the shuttle schedules, but many drastic changes are going to cost the character a fair amount of cash, a fair amount of my time, and probably require me to refill my mind bar a few times, so the price is justified.

My prices are drastically under yours, but thats not on purpose, it was just what i felt was appropriate for my level of training, and increase as i gain new abilities. When i reach master mine will actually be higher.

My basic prices are this.

200 creds for a 20 min demonstration. Ill show you all the options i can in 20 mins and if you find something you like i currently charge 500 a mod(face, lips are 1 mod total) or a full body makeover for 2000. Of course im still pretty low on the food chain and actually was charging (at novice) 50 creds for the 20 min session and 50-100 creds for each change.

you'll especially want to mark up your prices as you go. Me personally I have to buyall mytrainingbecause no one else has the skills to teach me.

I did the same thing when i was training up. There was no way i could offer full prices, so I was only charging 500-1000 for a hairstyle. I've been talking with another player on the way to reaching master ID on Lowca and she wants to have fixed prices for certian hair styles. i think this is a great idea, as some styles are SOOOOO much more popular than others. So, prices may be changing!

wow. i've just been telling people when they ask how much i want that they should tip me as they see appropriate, and that's as a novice IDer. huh. well, i'll keep all this in mind for when i read master levels. thank you ^_^
