I'm curious what everyone does, what there method is for showing the customers the changes they are curious about?

Sometimes I go through and show a human male all 40 hair styles. It's a bit time consuming, but I've come up with a method. I inform them that in order to let them preview all of them, I have to commit the change to them, they will then preview it and then refuse the change. Everyone is ok with this. BEFORE I start showing anything to them I determine the hair style they have now, just in case they hit accept instead.

Next thing I do is change the size of the box the hair style choices are in, 10 to a row for humans, 5 for other races with less choices. I think basically am able to easily count them out to the customer. I tell the customer I will say the number of the style (always say it in group). I also ask them to make note of the ones they liked and we'll review those at the end.

I don't normally do this for the colors, most of the time people know what they want for color.

Hehe, that's why I ended up creating the website listed in my signature. It saves a LOT of time, and most people can alt-tab out of the game.

Do you have any problems with my using your website as a reference as well? I could set up my own, but since you already put it up...

It's far more convenient to have them alt out and look at the pictures, rather than sitting there and trying out 10 different styles. Although, I've found that this reduces the fun because you no longer see the 'bad' haircuts and looks that don't match at all.
