HI 
as there are some npcs that give special quests (and special rewards) only if characters they are talking withhave certain professions,i was wondering...:there is something similar for IDs?

Unfortunately none that I know of. I don't think we'll get any soon since IDing is a purely player-oriented profession. Maybe someday!
