Palette 1 =Hair color
Dream color = Bright Green, any neon shades
Palette 2 = marking colors (i.e. lekku markings, mon cal spots)
Dream color = true red, true black
Palette 3 = skin colors
Dream color = more shades of blue (rodians, twi'leks, mon cal)
As a side note, I think it's ridiculous that eyebrow color on twi'leks is on the human hair palette, not the twi'lek marking palette.
Palette 1: Makeup
Dream Color Family: Blues
Palette 2: Makeup
Dream Color Family: Greens
Palette 3: Tattoos
Dream Color: Uhm…all of them. I'd like to see 8-color families instead of 4-color to give more middle-tones. Keep the lightest and darkest shades the same, just give me 4 extra ones in the middle.
Palette 1 = Hair
Dream colors = Blues, pinksand purples
Palette 2 = Twi'lek/Zabrak Markings
Dream colors = More bright colors! There are so many dreary dark shades, and the palette is so limited
Palette 3 = Makeup
Dream colors = More reds and purples
Palette 1: Hair Color
Dream Palette: Something expansive that includes wild and neon colors, so everyone doesn't look the same.
Palette 2: Marking Color (all of them... Twi'lek, Zabrak, Mon Cal, etc)
Dream Palette: The tailor palette would work well here, I think. Or just something really big.
Palette 2: Skin Color (all of them)
Dream Palette: Something HUGE! Something that will allow a Twi'lek to be fleshtone (and I mean REALLYfleshtone), and will also allow a human to be bright green if they want to. Don't even get me started on immersion, people. It got thrown out the window a long time ago, so at least let us ID's have some fun... dangit. ![]()
Palette 1 =Markings (Twi'lek, Mon Cal, Zabrak)
Dream colors = The full deal! It annoys me to no end being unable to properly match clothes and markings
Palette 2 = Makeup
Dream colors = Same as above
Palette 3 = Trandoshan skin (they need the lovin')
Dream colors = Wider range--but nothing that looks "unnatural"
Expanding the current color palettes is the most likely thing ID will get for publish 8, being it is the simplest and would get the most bang for the dev time. And adding only one color shade per palette also makes sense, to reduce dev and approval time. To be fair to all species I think suggesting one color shade per species is the way to go.
Here is may suggestion;
- Humans, Hair - red to orange
- Rodian, Skin - red to pink
- Mon Calmari, skin and marking - Blank to white
- Bothan, hair trim - red to orange
- Wookiee, fur and markings - divide current shade by 8 instead of 4
- Twi'lek, skin and marking - Reds
- Trandoshan, Skin - Blank to white
- Zabrak, Horns - change to mach hair or preferably tattoo color palette
Items like Trandoshan color ridges and Bothan two tone fur patterns would take some time, so maybe by publish 9 or 10 we could get them.
