i don't know how to do this and i get so many requests for it. is this a glitch or what?

I am planning on just doing id tomorrow so this would be awesome to know how to do. please send me a tell Wanderhome.dolly tomorrow if you can i would appreciate it (if this is able to be done that is lol )

Offer the target a new hairstyle, have them click the X on the offer window. Offer them another hairstyle. Have them accept it. There will be a hairpiece in their inventory. Have them delete it.
