There are five NPC ID tents on three different worlds.
On Corellia: At Coronet, and Vreni Island(yes, Vreni. It exists!)
On Tatooine: Bestine.
On Naboo: At Moenia, and Threed.
Get to one of those cities, and use: /find Salon

hi all, sorry to bother you but i just have a couple questions. well my brother is in iraq and he has a master ID, and i tried to migratemy other accounts charsstats outside the starport and it was my first time trying. but the box that you check for stat migrate wasnt able to let me click it. somone said i need a tent.. how do u get a tent? can u make them? how do u use it?

You need a ID Tent (/find salon), sould be one in most larger cities.
Then you set your stats normaly on the character you wish to have the stats changed (like before the ID patch), then you go to the tent, group up, and do a /imagedesign, choose the Advanced tab, and check the box for "Migrate Stats". Then you need to wait 10 minutes before you can hit the "Commit" button.
