Publish 9: Secrets of the Force

Major Features

Jedi Revamp Part 1; The Secrets of the Force: Publish 9 brings us The Secrets of the Force. yata yata yata.

New Profession; Stat Migration Termial -Part 2; The new way to get APs: Publish 9 brings us part 2 of this profession. With the end of Holocrons coming in Publish 10, a new way to get APs is needed, so we are turning ID into SMT for this use. In this profession you only need to get novice plus one box, we have increased theexp to 900 for stat migrationsto make APs easyer to get, just trade your exp in for APs by train with anther Stat Migration Termial. RuinSWGsabre tells us this will be a great time sink, and requires no artistic skill or even more then clicking your mouse three times. We look forward to ignoring your feedback.

Well, Sir_Voor, noone forces you to do stat migrations if you don't like em. From my experience they can be annoying at some times, but at most times I manage to interest my customers in other changes as well or atleast in a nice little chat. So time flies by pretty fast actually.
I don't feel like a 'Stat migration Terminal' either... most players that come to me actually need a nice haircut which I gladly help em with.
If you feel like a 'Terminal' maybe, that's because you make your customers think, that you are just a 'migration'-bot... like those buff-bots I have heard of.

*shudders at the thought of paying of a game and then let the computer play it by itself*
*shudders again*

Behave like a nice person, treat your customers nicely and you will see, this profession is not broken, and you are not a terminal, not when you don't want it.

May the Force be with you all!

Technocan,

IF you put the ID tag up you are forced to receive countless /tells requesting stats, I stopped playing SWG because of forced stats and RuinSWGsabre treatment of the customer base. Player are generally friendly and your right stats do go fast, BUT mainly because the IDer is busy answering /tells requesting stats!!! IF IDer could but a tag for true IDs only that would be great, but you can't so you enther do stats and hope a real customer gets thru, or leave your tag off and say F it!

I'm happy for you that you injoy this .............. But I (like others) Hate it!!!! And will complain about RuinSWGsabre action until my already paid for account is up or until he is fired.

It's really sad that you bear such grief, Sir_Voor. I have to agree, that I reacieve lots of tells while using any of the ID-titles, too and they are not allways welcome. But for some reason (maybe it's really just me) it's not stat migration-requests, that I recieve. Just had a visitor to my shop that needed a new haircut and no stat migration and she was not the only one this week.

I just hope that you might find your peace some day again. You really should try to play something else in this game. There are so many other nice things to do, to explore...
But if you really feel that you cannot play this game anymore, then please remember: not everyone is so full of grief as you seem to be... actually it seems to be quite a minority. Don't try to 'convince' the rest of us, that 'all is ruined' only because you and some others don't like it.

I know there are several issues and we all do know that. But it's not really 'unplayable' or 'not fun at all'.

May the Force be with you all (and the peace with you Sir_Voor)!

Using Combat XP to train Ranged Support I is much faster and more efficient. 300 Combat XP = 20 AP.

And your average Dathomir critter has 300 Combat XP as their XP reward.

True. But Sir_Voor's proposal has the additional advantage of further ruining the ID profession so I'm confident that it will get Runesabre's stamp of approval.
