I'm pretty sure we can't do anything for wookies that isn't there at character creation. There may be some new patterns; I've never created a wookie. If you want to see the markings image designers can give wookies, go here: http://swg.atomicspacekitty.com/hairstyles_wookie_01.php

You can do things not in the creation for other races though?

There are additional hair, horns, frills, and ridges.

I know you can change Fur colors and with Intermediate Body Customization you get Fur Patterns
