Can't help you directly, but look for Neme - I had her fix me almost completely, and she did a great job.

One of the more recent MIDs on Radiant is Malori, whom I've asked to change my hair. I'm not as happy with her as I was with Neme though... she did an ok job, but isn't very nice or polite in my opinion.
