Can someone tell me how this is done?

ive been trying all sorts of variations with command strings with no luck

And it CAN be done.

Im currently sitting in the cantina looking at a human female character with a Bothan Female hair style.

OOO im dying to learn how its done

It is a bug and has been reported...

Oh, and fix the entertainer profession....

More specifically it's an exploit. Definitely something to avoid.

I've heard some things about cross species hairstyles as well, but when the person that wanted the hairstyle changed, it couldn't be done. It might be a bug... I don't know, but whatever it is, I'd love to know how it's done as well, lol. Curiosity does kill Good luck!

Oh I love exploits! Drinks all around! Any Image Designers out there on Sunrunnergot time to change my human hair to... a bothans hair or something, if possible?
