Ok I decided that for fun I would find out exactly how long it would take to master the ID profession now. So, after crunching the numbers, I discovered that it would take around 17640 minutes, which is294 hours. Yes, that's right, that means that it would take 12.25 days of straight grinding (if you didn't take breaks). So, to master as fast as possible you either need to go 12 days without sleep, or make a really nice macro and find a friend who can go 12 days without sleep
