Okay... Just thought I'd check to see if others are having this problem as well. Ever since about an hour after 8.1 went live, everyone I ID is 'swimming'.. well, more appropriately, floating, in space over the disk, rather than standing on it. This makes it very difficult to see the face as the arms are spread wide and the display won't zoom in as far as it should.

I know I'm not the only one on my server to have this issue. It may be planet related - I haven't had a chance to go back off-world and try ID again. But if I know this is fairly rare, I can work harder to track down when and where and get a bug report in on it.

I've added it on the In Live forum thread, but I thought I'd come back here to share what I'd found so far.

I've tested the interface on Lok, Theed, Corellia,Dantooineand Talus. I had thought it might be related to the existence of an ID tent on planet, but Talus and Dantooine disproved that theory. It has, so far, only happened on Lok. This is, for reference, on the Eclipse server.

Has anyone else had this problem or is it just those of us on Eclise:Lok?

I have had it on Lok on Chimaera server. As far as I know it I was sitting when I was ID the peps at the time. When I went back now, 2 min before this, I was standing and the peps were also standing, not "swiming". Try it? Its the only thing I found out really..
