Theed - Very formal with fountains
Moenia - Formal but livelier and more partyish then theed
Bestine - Very seedy, thetype of place you likely see a smuggler
Coronet - ?

/agree (low-techfor Tatooine, but as Bestine is the capital, perhaps a bit nicer then a Wayfar locale ID tent would be?)

Ultra high-tech, chrome, glass, shiny, cosmopolitan.
Vreni Island - ?
Resort. Very Carribean themed with relaxation and hedonistic luxury.

Hmm, interesting thread! 
I agree with the Theed decor idea. Very plush and regal. A fountain wouldrepresent the Theed Waterfalls.
Moenia? Give that place some color. That whole town is greenish!
Bestine - Since the Empire has been around 'improving' things lately, the tent decor should reflect that - the newest and best of everything - but it should have a 'back room' area. 
Coronet - flashy, neon with lots of black, funky light fixtures, sleek lines.
Vreni Island - one word: Cabana!

Nice thread you've started...I like most of what I see. There is one thing that I disagree on, the fountains. BUT only because it will lag some people and because they are too huge for the small tents. In it's place why don't you use some naboo style plants that nobody can craft and perhaps a special rug/carpet?
