Thread: Is this happening to anyone else? (self-ID problems)

So, I log onto my Master ID on Eclipse and think "Hm, I'm going to change my eye colour!" So, I march on over to the tent in Bestine and click my little "/im" macro. For some reason the timer says "1m 59s" not the regular "59s" when it's first opened. 
Another MID tried to ID me and it worked fine.. and I can ID other people with no timer mess-up.

The good news is.. the brown hair bug seems to have been fixed.

Yes this is happening to me too. I just starting the arduous grind, and occasionally it will give me a 2 min timer in the tent instead of 1 min.
Not sure why this is, perhaps a problem linked to the server reading your character's location wrong? lag perhaps...

Ditto. 2 minute timer in the tent, outside the tent. Poor Qia will be an ancient Twi before she gets master ID at that rate. Heh.

This might be the problem, just tested it:
If you target yourself (CTRL+1) and start the ID process, you do get the correct"tent" time.
If you have no target and start the self ID process, you get the "outside of the tent" time.
Works fine for me if I remember to target myself.
