Goodbye Image Designers, as of today I'm no longer one of you. I loved my job to death and I certainly appreciated the boost in business after our mini-publish, but I'm now thoroughly fed up with it. Over 90% of my business is stat migrating. While it makes nice money,I don't have to tell you all how immensely dull it is. Yes, I chatted with the customers and whatever, but basically what made ID fun for me was that it gave me the chance to be creative and now it's just sitting in these tents (love the screenies for the new furbishment) waiting for 10 minutes talking to people about (yawn) how they want to migrate stats so they can wear their precious armour.
Well I had a great time, and I wish you best of luck with your ID-ing.

As with anything in life, after I dropped ID because I only got requests for stat migration and never a true ID, I've had tons of people asking me whether I could ID them. Kinda makes me sorry I got rid of it all in one go...
What's done is done, although maybe I'll be back one day. I still have got 80k of ID xp (although I'm sure to lose that after getting taught ID 1... :smileysad

p.s. My next endeavour is Chef, which I'm enjoying very much. I've spent the day milking kaadus on Naboo.

Ok, sod Chef. Do I look like someone who can spend an entire day in a kitchen? I think not.
I've not been having as much fun recently in the game as I used to. So... what else is there for me to do but go back to the one profession that really made me happy?
So, here I am again, back in Bestine's ID tent, a mere novice IDer. It took me all morning and a bit of afternoon to get to novice ID and I fear the worst is yet to come. Ah well... I'll see how it goes.

The timer is slowly but surely eating away at your brain. It'll take about twice as long to recover from mastering as it will to master. That is, of course, assuming I've fully recovered. *puts fruit-hat back on and goes back to humming a nameless tune*

At master I was capped so I had 80000 xp. Then I trained in ID in the ent tree and poof, gone was my xp. Well, I'm 1020 already.

Well, I must admit feeling rather gutted about it, but yes - I have only myself to blame.
