No, Zabraks cannot have them. They only get flat mohawks. Only humans can get this (although female rodrians get a mohawk too) from the hands of an ID with Hair 3 or better.

I would wear the "hawk" more often if I could add more colors to it. The only suiting color is the crazy grey one, all the others look weird. I really wish they would add more colors so I can have my purple mowhawk!
