Hiya,
This has been a problem since the CU has been pushed live, unfortunately. Please tell your wife to report this problem as a bug. To report a bug, you can use the /bug feature in-game. You can also post on the daily issues thread, which is posted in the "In Live" forum.
The more people who report it, the more likely it is to be fixed, so please take the few moments to report this as a bug.

My wife plays a Master ID, her bis is doing great. But now after the CU her color pallets are not coming up...which make it hard on her clients. She almost has to do each change on at a time...have anyine else had their color Pallet change to a small block....Thanks.
