I think it is only fair. All professions were changed in some way by the CU. All professions should get a chance to "opt in" or "opt out" based on the new ruleset.

I welcome this decission, too. It finally allows to nearly freely change your Template which is only fair since the CU changed the whole game... not only the combat professions.
