Is there any hairstyle which looks like a jedi padawan haircut as in the movies? Or any of the hairstyles anakin sports?

No. Since the game is technically set in the same time period as Luke/Leia and all, the old "jedi" haircuts do not exist in the game. You can have a Luke style, a Han solo style, a Lando style....and so on.

There's a sort of flattop look, though, that might resemble Obi-wan's cut. I saw it tonight on a guy who was dressed in player-style jedi robes, and it really seemed to fit well.

Dont forget original trilogy was released at end of 70s, you get the haircuts from the disco years

Well, that depends. If you are a roleplayer, it could very well be something very important.
