Look SOE, we're sorry okay. We all know that the Image Design I surrender/re-teach trick to grind AP points was cheap and a stupid way to get AP. But don't punish Image Designers cause of that... reduce the waiting time!!!
If you really want to punish AP grinders, make it so SURRENDERING AND TEACHING has a timer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you teach a skill to someone, that same skill cannot be surrendered for 5-10 minutes (That's if you really want to be nasty, but 2-3 minutes is better).
I mean if you do this, it will also stop people who teach/surrender first level medic skills non-stop. Or people have who excess Scout XP and teach Hunting I 10 times and charge people 100k to do it

The timers were not just put in place to stop apprentice point grinding. The main reason was to stop people being able to become a master Image Designer in about 3-4 hours.
The aim was (as far as I understand) to make the time it takes to reach master ID roughly the same as for other "elite" professions. I have been told that it now takes 60 hours to become a master ID and I do not see that as too much when you compare it to the time needed to become master the other professions.
There has been talk about the timers being reduced but nothing is guaranteed - apart from the fact that they will not be removed.

I think the timer should be reduced I grinded out ID to keep it and I love it but I costumers are not happy about the timer. Maybe just reduce the timer or take it out at master or something.

The timer is a bit annoying... okay, a lot annoying... especially if I am wworking on myself.
However, a real hairstyle doesn't happen imediately... but it was brought up that it would take somewhere around 61 hours to master ID now. Which is a bit ridiculous.
