Uncertain.

It seems 12 monthes + 200+ posts.

However it may be just be first couple launch days + 200+ posts. We don't know.

It's 12 months registered on the forum

So as people hit their 12 month mark they get the nifty lightsaber icons opened up.

Ironically, the post count requirement for Leaders is less than Elder, just the time requirement is more.

I don't get it much myself either
