No, we cannot change gender, race, or name, or half a dozen other things that we get requests for.

Hiya :} I have a question for any/all Image Designers out there...

Upon character creation I made my character with both a first and last name (a surname). Later that day, my patcher didn't work right, so I reinstalled SWG. When I came back into the game the next day, my character's last name simply no longer showed up. At all. It hasn't been back since. Also, a bunch of my items and equipped things were missing, but anyway...

The CSRs aren't being very helpful as I cannot seem to "catch" one online to fix this issue. (and when I did catch one, she went LD and never logged back on.) I have read several posts on the boards, some very recent, that say that an Image Designer can change someone's last name. Is this true? I haven't seen it spoken about on any SWG sites or ID guides, but the forums have said just enough to tempt me...
