I recently got to Image Design 4. I can change the eyebrow style and color of Human females but not Twi'lek females. My friend with Image Design 4 has the same problem; she can't change my eyebrow colors either.

I'm assuming this is some kind of bug with the Image Design process due to the way they did Twi'leks in character creation. During character creation, Humans have their eyebrow style and color put in with the Hair tab, so when you image design them, you click on the Hairpart of the image design box. However, Twi'lek females do not have the eyebrow style and color put in with the Lekku tab during character creation. Female Twi'leks have a separate tab devoted solely to eyebrows, so perhaps it was forgotten and not categorized and placed in any of the image design tabs.

So is this a bug, or do female Twi'lek eyebrows come elsewhere on the Image Design skill tree? Any Master Image Designers able to confirm whether they can style the female Twi'lek eyebrows or not?

And an annoying one at that. All the twilek I know match their eyebrow colour to their pattern colour, so changing the pattern colour creates problem because the eyebrows can't be made to match anymore.

The only thing to do in those cases is to change the pattern colour to a colour that doesn't clash too much, and change the lipstick to a colour that matches the eyebrows to make it look not so out of place.

Yes, this is a known issue. Master Image Designers can not change them, either.
