Being a Lizard man, with no hair, Can anything else be done to change appearances on Trandoshans?

They can get different scales on their head...

Things I can change on a Dosh:

More ridge styles than seen at startup.
(all other options have only the startup range)
eye color, size, angle
cheeks, jaw, chin
skin color
height, weight, muscle

Dosh are the least adapatable species.
