Can image designers make you taller? For example; I currently have a rodain character, with the right designer couldmy rodain become wookiesizedor are the sizes already set in stone?

Image Designers do have the ability to alter height, but it is still limited by the species' normal height range. So a wookie can never be as short as a Bothan, and a bothan can never be as tall as a wookie.

And does the customer get a confirmation check or something to accept the changes? Or is the trust in teh Image Designer?

Yes, the customer gets a window that has buttons to view themselves with and without the change, as well as buttons for accept or refuse.
