I have a small house I turned into an imaging spa but it would really help if vendors could sell services instead of just goods.

I know I can make fake items and list services but that confuses people.

I would really like a way to list services on my vendors so customers (and potentials) can see what we have to offer.

I'm sure the need for this extends to other professions as well (especially in the area of slicing and repairing).

Ooo I love it, great idea More and more of us are setting up beauty salons and whatnot and it would be wonderful to have a clicky that would link to a list of services, or price list. Or something up on the wall they could click on

It's probably alot of work to code something like this as an addition.

But maybe to just have a "welcome" type letter that you can write and store on your vendor shouldn't be that bad. I would be happy with that.

It would be nice to be able to setup a message in a vendor, but at the moment, the best thing one could do is get Advertising 2 in the Merchant profession, which allows the player to make their merchants say custom messages when someone gets close.

Yah, this would be awesome! I'm just checking out this forum to find an ID to get some work done. There could be an interface like at character customization when u make your character.U can choose what changesu want, then buy it and get a ticket(like at a star/shuttle port).Then take it to the ID and they will know exactly what u want.

I'm looking for the bothan hair i had in beta where the hair is in braides laid over both shoulders. Even this isn't a very good description and that's where this interface would greatly enhance things. Good luck guys.

One of the things I said during beta was that IDs needed someway to sell their skills when they weren't present. My thought was crafting limited use items that changed makeup, hair color, and hairstyles, and tattoos on a temporary basis.

Consumable products, lipstick, eyeshadow, hair brushes, temporary hair dye, body paint, disposable contact lenseswould give Image Designers a way to market some of their lower level skills and give them a tradeable product to build name recognition. Higher levelskillsand permanent changes would still require face to face contact.
