Image Designer Archive

I keep getting this message when im trying to edit my image, or someone elses to get XP.

its been like this for about an hour now... its supposed to expire after 2 minutes.

Any ideas?

There is an issue with people crashing while in the middle of an image design. And when this happens, both the stylist, and the customer, are stuck with an "image design in process".

The only way to fix it, is to log out long enough to time out. BOTH people have to log out this way (the one getting styled, and the stylist) to fix it.
