I seem to be bugged, when I change people hair I see it changing color too but not the person I'm doing ID on... Is it a common bug? That guy was blond, I changed his haircut and his hair change to brown on my screen yet he still had it blond on his.

Yes, it's a known bug. It was on the top of the list submitted to the developers, recently.
