Is it possible to turn a human into a chiss? This requires A) Making skin Blue, and B) Making Eyes Red

If so, what level would the ID have to be?

Thanks

No, humans with blue skin and red eyes are twi'leks which have had their lekku replaced by human hair by using an exploit.

Chiss are not available in-game. Humans cannot be given blue skin or red eyes. The only 'Chiss' you may have seen in-game are blue twi'leks with exploited human hair.

I'm sorry, but I just have to ask - what the hell is a Chiss? Where do they come from? Are they in the SW movies??

They're a race found in the Exnended Universe. Specifically, Admiral Thrawn is one of the most famous, most notorious, and most popular non-humans to serve the Empire. Also the first non-human to acheive such a high rank, IIRC.

Yep. The books, comics, et cetera make up the 'Extended Universe' upon which SWG is based. The Bothans, for example, are not found in the movies. They are a race featured in the EU. The Chiss, another such race, is a mysterious race of blue-skinned, red-eyed humanoids. IIRC, there are two Chiss NPCs in the Mos Eisley Cantina in-game.

Maybe that's a new race that will be added later.

I knew those shifty bothans looked unfamiliar.

I've seen a male and a female chiss NPC in game (not counting Thrawn). I /think/ they are in the Mos Eisley cantina, but I'm not positive. It's quite an amusing. scene. Hehe. A stormtrooper is telling them off.

There are lots of races in-game used for NPCs that aren't playable, like Aqualish, Bith, Devaronian... more than the Chiss. I wouldn't expect to see new races for a while.
