How do you get rid of this error?

Sometimes a nice long relog fixes it. Sometimes not. Only true fix is a server reset.

darn, there should be some command to end or refuse for the person getting designed on.

this happened to me last night and this morning while I was IDing myself... grrr

I really wanted to change my hair too
