Ipetition we put the timer on the subject who was modified. Example:Bill get his stats changed soBill cannotenter another image design session with anybodyuntil 10 minuteshave passed. This would allow an Image Designer to modify someone and move on to another potential customer. 10 minutes is a long time when you have6people waiting in line for a stat changeand you're theonly ID in the tent.Whatcha' think?

I agree with a more feasable solution:

No countdown, instant changes, but, the ID cannot perform another ID on someone else for x minutes. Make the x between 2-5 minutes even for stat mitigations.

ig: Barbie and Ken want ID done. Kwee finishes ID on Barbie. Kwee cannot ID Ken for 2.5 minutes. Two and a half minutes pass and Kwee designs Ken. Ken wants a stat mitigation. Kwee gives Ken a stat mitigation. Kwee now cannot do another ID for 2.5 minutes but Ken must wait 10 minutes (in the ID chamber if they are so bent on using them) for 10 minutes.

That would make ID four times as long as it is now. If we're xping, we probably don't have an endless number of unique people willing to be our practice objects.

Very true nice idea, but didn't look at the big picture. Ok after a while u will run out of people to image design on... ok who u going to image deisgn now urself is left? u goign to have a timer on urself too? Ok, that would make it 3 times longer then it is now... i have to wait 30 min. for one person image a longer wait!

This implementationwould definately have the added effect of making grinding to master slightly quicker, though my argument wasn't really aiming towards the ability to grind the class to Master ID any faster. It was mainly geared towards not taking a full hour to simply change the stats of 6 different people.
