i have it too but in two way:

The first time my client were wearing a compo helmet, butin fact he was not. he has to log out to get the bug fixed.

The second time, he was still wearing a compo helmet but i see him without it in the interface window.

I don't know what happened but i haven't seen this problem since.

I have had 2 problems similar to this:

1. If the person is wearing a helmet (or other bulky/view-blocking clothing) when I open the ID window, the window will not update when they remove the helmet. Simply closing and then reopening the window solves this problem.

2. Someone came in for an ID job and was wearing nothing but her underwear according to my screen, but when she viewed herself on her side, she was still wearing the full suit of Composite armor which she had removed a few seconds before. I closed and reopened the ID screen, but she said she still saw the armor on her screen. She tried logging, but that did not work, I assume because she was still on the same server or something, so I suggested that she hop a shuttle to the other side of the planet and then come back. After she did this, everything appeared normally on her side as well as mine.

I'm working with swgQA on this matter on TC. Just have the client do a quick relog (if the issue is on his window). It may also be necessary for you to do a quick relog. That clears the problem right up.

Happened to a customer yesterday in anchorhead.
He was a bothan with a composite helmet
He removed it, i could see his normal head
pulled up my ID window on him
but apparently he was only able to see himself
with a helmet on.
