I have a question....Can an image designer change the color of your skin? like for example; I am a Zabrak and I wanna turn my skin black, my eyes yellow and red like darth maul....is that possible?

Only Master IDs have this ability (skin color), but essentially yes...You can do the Darth Maul almost to a tee.
