Thread: can not get any image design changes done to me....

When ever i go to a image deisgner i can see all the changes and when i click accept i get a error message saying "The image desgin session data is not valid, aborting the changes."
it started doing that 2 days ago when i wanted a new frill design(rodian), the id was cycling through the differant choices and i saw a bald design(no frills) told her i wanted it and she said ok. it showed me without frills and when i clicked accept it came up with that error.
now whenever i have anythign done by any id that error alwaysw comes up now

If you've relogged since then, and it's still a problem, please file a CSR ticket.

I ask this only because you did not mention it in your description of the procedure. Did you let the timer run out and did the ID accept it first. I assume you did but, sometimes folks aren'treal familiar with the procedure.

yes i did wait until the timer ran out... i also sent a ticket and the csr said that there is no option to go bald and thank you for your time...
so now what i am going to do?

I think you need to explain to the CSR that the problem is NOT that you want to go bald, but that you are unable to be ID'ed at all because of the error message. Copy the exact text into the CSR ticket so that the CSR can better help you.

I had a weird problem with a Rodian the other day. When I clicked on frills I did not get any option to change his frill color. If I clicked on the bald option the frill color pallette would appear, but if I changed the color there and went back to his original frills it would revert to his default color. /boggle
I tired relogging but the problem persisted. Unfortunately I could not ask him to relog because he was buffed, and a Jedi - I think he would have had some issues with loosing his buff in the middle of Coronet.
I have not run into any rodians since to try again.
