Thread: Fun exercise: Tattoos, wishlist.

With tattoos being on our wish list for so long, I thought it would be fun to search out pictures/drawings of tattoos (or pictures/drawings of designs that would make good tattoos)! Barring that, please post descriptions of tattoos that you want to see (but I think pictures are a lot more fun). Feel free to use MSpaint to make your own!
WARNING: Please keep any pictures posted CLEAN! No naughty body parts or inappropriate tattoo designs!

A butterfly!
Where? back, upper arm, or belly.
Size? IRL would be about 2-3 inches across (want to be able to see it!)
Why it fits? DOn't you get attacked by those butterfly things on naboo every time you walk outside?
Species: Human, Zabrak, Twi'lek, Bothan (fur branding I think), Mon Cal. Not sure about trandos and wooks.

Size: Variable. Needs to be visible like a bracelet.
Starwarsy: seems to be like the zabrak facial markings
Species: definitely zabraks, possibly humans & twi'leks, trandos, bothans - I think trandos would work if it were more like a branding, but because of the scales you owuld probably lose a lot of detail on the band. Not sure about mon cals because they have strange arm and leg shapes like lobsters and bands may look lousy.

i wouldnt mind having the jedi code tattoo'd on my characters back...or I <3 Mom on my arm or something like that lol.

It's at times like these that I wish that more low cut pants/skirts existed other than the Extremely Revealing Skirt, for both genders, to show a bit more skin and maximize tattoo placement.

Can't find any picture of this tatoo, but here is the concept.
A tatoo of a tiger on your back, the front to legs and claws going over the shoulders, and you seeing the tiger on your upper back as if your looking at it from the top when its pouncing or something.

Wow, that was strange. A tattooist friend of minehad some of his SW related work published a few years ago. I think Yoda may be some of it, at least very similar. Small world, eh.
I think chest or shoulder faction logos would be popular and I know there are folks out there who would like prison barcode or slave brands. I would love to see some Yakuza inspired torso/body pieces as well as large dragon/serpent/lion/etc pieces wrapping from the shoulder, down the back, hip and leg.
I think the face needs to be a Zabrak exclusive, but some generic flame, skull, tribal, etc. work would be great on the rest of the body. (BTW, can we have red Zabs for those who want to be devilgirls?)
WhenI think about the work involved,I think it would be awhile but,I think a few selections for the upperarms of the smooth-skinned/furred races could be done without too much problem.
