I'm not really sure what body types can't be created by manipulating the sliders, per se, but I think alternate postures/walks would make an amazing amount of difference.
Significantly overweight people walk with their feet farther apart, and their arms may swing out to the sides more. Very tall, thin people often have a sort ofa bend at the neck from looking down at everything else. In SWG, everyone carries themselves the same way no matter how heavy they are.

Not sure if we need to go so far as the varying "-morphic" body types, but I do agree entirely that there should be different types of all... these... different... types. Okay, that didn't seem to make much sense, but you understand I hope.
It would also be interesting if various races would get bulkier in different ways. Perhaps an Ithorian body stores its excess fat starting in the feet like human water retension... maybe Rodians can ONLY get beer bellies, and their sides don't really change much... now, these are just examples, not reality. I have no idea how varying species "get fat". But it has been mentioned that even human men and women gain weight in different areas.
...ever looked at a Rodian male without his shirt on? It looks quite fab, really. They should go about shirtless or with just an open vest more often!
I TOTALLY agree with the lekku forehead line!! That thing drives me nuts! Especially when I've got my toon all dressed up and primped... her makeup looks perfect... and then there's that darn line that no amount of makeup can help!! Infuriating, really.
I don't think I've experienced the dark spot between the lekku and the ears... or I've not cared enough to notice it...
And I've never seen these shirt holes either.

There isn't any forum for Graphics and Art (or I am just a little to dense to find) so I am going to post my thoughts here.
A. Body types. I would like to see an expansion on the body types from the current system. Right now all characters have one frame to work off and varity is added through weight and muscle settings. These for the most part are pretty slight. The fattest isn'tthat fat and the most muscled isn't that brawney.
I would like to see inclusioin of ectomorphic, mesomorphic and endomorphic body frames to the game.
B. Twi'lek lekku blend. My male Twi'lek has a distinct line between his face and his lekku. The most drastic part is in front of the ears where there are very dark spots regardless of my face shape or shadows.
C. The forhead line. There is a line on many models that shows up at various angles that basically looks like a thick whitle line going from brow to hair/lekku line.
D. Shirt holes. On shirts and jackets many holes appear in the fabric while I move my arms around. This is very evident when I dance and my arms are flying around in many directions. The holes appear around the shoulders/arm socket area, where a lot of stretching and deformation occurs.
**Thanks for the information below. I will gather some information and head over to the tailor's board for the clothes issue I see.
Thank you,

About the Body-models I can say that with the Ithorians we now have two different 'skelletal'-models in work allready. And since adding a new model not only affects the avatar, but the all the clothing also, the devs probalby will shy from adding a new one in the near future.
The shader-issues for the Twi'lek have all been reported allready and the devs might fix them when they got the time for it or when they work on the avatars again. I will keep reminding them about that of course
The last issue you reported here is called "clipping" and a problem of the coordination of Avatar and clothing. You might want to report this particular issue with all the details (what clothing or combinations of clothing) to the tailor-corr or simply on the Tailor-board since they keep track on those issues.
But thanks for mentioning those issues, this way they don't are forgotten
