Skin color, a few of the esoteric things like (I think) Wookiee head, more hairstyles, reduced timer....

What does Master give in skills that 4444 doesn't ?
I see body, face, and markings are what's listed in the Master box but I can't seem to find where the additions would come in since with 4444 you can change anything on a character.

but not reduced Migration timers. this would break immersion from whatever else you are doing afk.

you get more colours, instantaneous Image chages, age slider, skin colouring and more Tells that you can shake a stick at.

This, Little Grasshoper, is why you should always consider being a Master Fencer as well as an Image Designer. No one can shake a stick faster !

Skin Color, more colors for eyes/hair/tatoo/markings/cosmetics, Torso Size are for certain in the master box.
Note: Height and Weight are both prior to master in theBodyLine.

More colors. 16X16 Torso, Weight, Height... umm... and what Rrowann said. I feel like I am forgetting something though. It's late. The brain is running on fumes.
When I had to drop Master ID on Q, but kept Hairstyles 4, Ihad forgottenI was going to lose hair colors. When I logged onto Xian, my Master ID char, I checked and changed my hair to a red I couldn't do on Q anymore. 
Q ran to the nearest MID and begged for that red. It's my favorite.
