What can an ID do for a transdoshan?

Depending on their level they can change your height, weight, muscles, age, ridges, facial features, skin color and some more that I may be missing. The basic idea is that a Master ID can change every option you had at character creation except for race and gender, (with a few extra hair/ridge styles thrown in).
