Thread: Depression sets sail.
Why can't Image Designers do anything unique? I think they should be able to. If you look in the art book that came with the Collector's Edition of Star Wars: Galaxies you'll see certain horn patterns and tattoos on the Zabrak male and female sketches, (specifically the one on page 50) that can't be obtained in-game. And they look so *edit* cool!
Why, why, why?
(sighs) Just got out of the CH thread...decided to come here to get outta the rants and I'll be damned if there's not something here about Ch's getting screwed....

Maybe I'm just being negative but I haven't seen a change that affects the game in a positive way since I started, which was a couple days after it came out. I'm just waiting for the nerf on Image Designers so we can't Image Design ourselves or we have to wait 60 seconds between changes or something like that. I should probably shut up before I give them any ideas.
Actually I have seen some positive changes in the game. The ones that fix problems the previous patch caused.
Hehe There is an expression about knowing when to use the carrot and when to use the stick.
For those unfamiliar with the expression, it involves a donkey and either a) leading him on with an enticing carrot, or b) thwacking him on the backside with a stick to make him go where you want.
Sadly SOE is90% stick.
I'm rather mystified also why there aren't more unique options available to Master IDers. It's like giving every player a house at character creation, and having Master Architectsearn the right to make the same house.
Yeah, but the houses can have up to15 unique styles of roof that weren't available when you bought your newbie house 
Just like hair...
Seriously, though, I still have hope for a few new things. We'll see in time, I'm sure. (Yes, I'm the eternal optimist.)
